On March 5, HQSOFT officially kicked off the “Hoi Quan AI” initiative, marking an important step toward making AI a practical operational capability within the company.
The initiative focuses on key personnel applying AI to accelerate project execution and enhance the solutions delivered to customers, while building a foundation to scale AI capabilities across the organization.

The “Hoi Quan AI” is designed as a specialized working space where members from multiple departments such as Data, Technology, and Business… collaborate to experiment with and apply AI to real operational and project challenges.

Rather than approaching AI purely from a technological perspective, the “Hoi Quan AI” emphasizes hands-on practice through real business cases, gradually developing practical methodologies that can be applied to project implementation and operational processes.
