1. Purpose of Collection: HQSOFT collects information to fulfill requests for software solution consulting, quotations, technical support, and professional customer care programs tailored to the actual needs of users.

2. Types of Data Collected: Collected information includes: Full Name, Phone Number, Email, Company Name, Consultation needs or content, and other relevant data actively provided by users through registration forms or chatbots on the website.

3. Scope of Use and Data Sharing: Data is used systematically and kept strictly confidential within HQSOFT. We commit not to publicize or disclose information to third parties without prior written consent, except for necessary sharing with Strategic Partners/Event Co-organizers to serve Customer needs or as required by law. These parties must strictly comply with HQSOFT’s security regulations.

4. Retention and Data Destruction: Data will be retained until the processing purposes are achieved or until a formal deletion request is received. Notably, upon termination of service contracts or according to specific instructions from the Customer, HQSOFT will perform the return or destruction of all data on storage media following information security procedures, ensuring no unauthorized copies are retained.

5. Data Subject Rights and Compliance Commitment: In compliance with Decree 13/2023/ND-CP and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standards, you have the right to request HQSOFT to provide information regarding data processing, as well as to update, modify, or delete your personal data.
