HQSOFT INTERNAL EVENT: IGNITING CREATIVITY AND BREAKTHROUGH IDEAS WITH THE AI CONTEST & Q2 BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION

On June 13, 2025, HQSOFT held a special internal event at our headquarters: the Grand Finale of the 2025 AI Contest combined with the Quarter II Birthday Celebration. The event brought together all HQSOFT-ers in a vibrant, energetic atmosphere full of creativity and innovation.

This meaningful occasion was not only an opportunity to honor outstanding AI-powered initiatives but also a moment to strengthen team spirit and inspire collective innovation across HQSOFT‘s journey of continuous transformation.

AI-Powered Workplace Contest 2025: Breakthrough with AI – Shaping the Future

The AI-Powered Workplace Contest 2025 was an internal initiative launched by HQSOFT’s Board of Directors with the aim of encouraging employees to apply Artificial Intelligence (AI) in their daily work. The contest was designed to promote innovation in optimizing workflows, increasing productivity, and saving time through AI-powered solutions, thereby enhancing overall operational efficiency across the company.

At the final event, participating teams not only presented their ideas but also directly demonstrated the AI solutions they had developed themselves. These live demos brought an exciting and engaging atmosphere, leaving strong impressions on the judges and all HQSOFT-ers in attendance.

Many creative and highly practical ideas were proposed, focusing on the strong application of AI to address real challenges in each department, support data analysis, and automate work processes.

Most of the solutions were built on n8n, a popular open-source workflow automation platform, enabling teams to create automated, cross-system processes with ease. Several teams also leveraged MCP Server to integrate advanced AI tools, demonstrating HQSOFT-ers’ tech-savviness and innovative spirit.

Projects were evaluated based on creativity, feasibility, and impact. The most outstanding teams were honored with awards, recognizing their contributions and excellence.

The team presentations not only spread a strong spirit of innovation and creativity, but also reinforced HQSOFT’s pioneering position in the digital transformation journey—demonstrating our ongoing efforts to grow, evolve, and push the boundaries of future technology.

Quarter II Birthday Celebration – Warmth, Joy, and Laughter All Around

The pantry buzzed with excitement, filled with joyful applause, fun mini-games, and heartfelt birthday red envelopes – a well-loved HQSOFT tradition. The celebration wrapped up with a warm, light meal where everyone came together to enjoy delicious food prepared with care.
