• New Name in English: HQSOFT TECHNOLOGY JOINT STOCK COMPANY

2. Important Notes

• Unchanged Information: Other details, including the head office address, tax code (0304352155), legal representative, and bank account information, remain unchanged.
• Transactions & Invoicing: Starting from January 22, 2026, please use our new corporate name for all transactions, contracts, and invoices.
• Legal Validity: This name change does not affect any legal rights or obligations, nor the validity of previously signed contracts and agreements. If necessary, both parties may coordinate to sign a contract addendum to update the information.
