HQSOFT Q-DAY 2025: Honoring Men in the Workplace & Q3 Birthday Celebration 

On the afternoon of August 13, 2025, HQSOFT successfully hosted Q-Day – our annual event dedicated to celebrating the men of HQSOFT – combined with the Quarter III Birthday Party. 

The event was a special occasion to acknowledge and appreciate the outstanding contributions of HQSOFT’s men – those who are always passionate about their work, willing to share and support their teammates, and who contribute to building a united and resilient HQSOFT team. 

The program began with an inspiring sharing session from Mr. Doanh – HQSOFT’s Sales Manager – with the theme “Men in the Workplace: Charisma, Resilience & 1001 Invisible Forces.” 

With his witty yet profound storytelling, Mr. Doanh shared an engaging perspective on office men: not only as reliable sources of support, but also as those who always maintain their charisma and steadfast determination to overcome countless hardships and challenges. 

The atmosphere quickly became vibrant with a series of entertaining minigames. HQSOFT-ers enthusiastically participated, showcasing their unique talents and dexterity through activities such as guessing song titles from dance moves, performing cover dances of popular TikTok trends, and taking on the blindfolded challenge of peeling bananas to feed their teammates. 

Joyful laughter, teamwork, and lighthearted competition transformed the pantry into a true ‘entertainment stage,’ where everyone could momentarily set aside work pressures and fully embrace the cheerful spirit of Q-Day. 

Outstanding teams were rewarded with exciting prizes prepared by the organizers, before the event transitioned into a warm birthday celebration for HQSOFT members born in July, August, and September. 

Everyone gathered to blow out the candles, cut the cake, and receive special ‘lucky red envelopes’ from the company – a symbolic gift carrying heartfelt wishes for happiness, health, and success. 

With sweet cakes, light refreshments, and cheerful conversations, the evening was filled with memorable moments, laughter, and joy. 

At HQSOFT, Q-Day is more than just a day for men – it is a celebration of unity, energy, and the passionate spirit that unites all employees. 

Such events help nurture a warm, cohesive, and inspiring workplace, where every HQSOFT-er can truly feel the genuine care and support from both colleagues and the leadership team.
