HQSOFT YEP 2025: FROM LEGACY FOUNDATIONS TO UNLOCKING THE POWER OF TECHNOLOGICAL INTELLIGENCE

On January 23, HQSOFT successfully hosted the 2025 Annual Review and Year End Party, marking a meaningful milestone in the company’s development journey. More than a moment to reflect on past efforts, the event represented a collective readiness to enter a new year with the spirit of “Built on Legacy – Powered by Intelligence” – grounded in strong foundations and driven forward by intelligent technology.

The 2025 business review took place at the HQSOFT office in a formal and focused atmosphere, highlighted by insightful sharing from CEO Nguyen Tan Dien Han. He emphasized that HQSOFT’s current achievements are a valuable (Legacy), forming a solid foundation for future innovation powered by technological (Intelligence) and strategic thinking.

Departmental reports went beyond figures and performance metrics. They reflected stories of perseverance through challenges, key lessons learned, and clear directions for continuous improvement. Throughout the program, the spirit of “Built on Legacy – Powered by Intelligence” was clearly demonstrated in how HQSOFT leverages accumulated experience to solve complex customer challenges, while continuously enhancing its competitive capabilities in the digital era.

The atmosphere grew warmer as the Board of Directors presented Tet gifts and expressed sincere appreciation to all employees. This gesture conveyed heartfelt gratitude to every HQSOFTer—those who have dedicated their efforts and companionship throughout the year—fostering a sense of unity and family across the organization.

In the evening, the formal business setting gave way to vibrant emotions at the Year End Party held at Queen Plaza Restaurant.

The program guided attendees through a wide range of experiences:

• A creative and youthful opening dance performance, “Ếch Ngồi Đáy Giếng”, along with lively cultural performances from various departments
• Emotional moments during the “HQSOFT In My Eyes” award ceremony, honoring employees’ affection and commitment to the company
• Recognition of the 5-STAR COMMITMENT Awards, celebrating outstanding individuals and teams for their relentless dedication
• Engaging team-based Sudoku challenges, lucky scratch cards, and joyful moments filled with laughter and connection
