Kick off DMS Project with Taisho Vietnam

On January 7, 2021, Taisho Vietnam and HQsoft held a contract signing ceremony and kick-off the DMS software solution implementation project with HQsoft’s eSales Cloud DMS. The ceremony was held solemnly at the headquarters of Taisho Vietnam with the participation of the Board of Directors of both sides and representatives of relevant departments.

Taisho Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Taisho) was established in 1999, belongs to 100% foreign capital from Japan specializes in manufacturing, trading, and exporting Energy drink (Lipovitan). In Southeast Asia, Lipovitan is known to be the company’s most famous brand. Taisho is selling its products to consumers through direct and indirect (Distributors) channels in Vietnam nationwide.

In order to improve distribution management efficiency and accelerate its growth and coverage in the market, Taisho’s Board of Directors has strategically planned to modernize and digitally transform their distribution system. Along with this important strategic plan, it is indispensable for the distribution management system, DMS solution. HQsoft is honored to have been selected by the Board of Directors of Taisho to accompany this strategic and important project.

With the deployment of eSales Cloud DMS software solution, it will help Taisho Vietnam improve the efficiency of sales and distribution management on its distribution channels. eSales Cloud DMS will help standardize and modernize Taisho’s distribution and sales processes. eSales Cloud DMS will also help to manage data in a timely, complete and accurate manner, helping the Board of Directors and management at all levels control work and progress more effectively. The Board will then also have rapid and accurate strategic analysis and decision-making.

During this kick-off ceremony, the project team of HQsoft also presented and shared with Taisho’s Board of Directors and Project Team the implementation methodology of HQsoft as well as important milestones of the project and issues, threads to note, prepare for both sides. With 15 experience in implementing DMS software solution, HQsoft believes with its professional deployment methodology to execute the project on schedule and with great success. Help bring to Taisho Vietnam an effective DMS software solution to make an important contribution to the realization of the strategic goals of the Board of Directors of Taisho Vietnam.
