Strategic Partnership Between TO SOLUTIONS VIETNAM & HQSOFT

After spending lot of time to understand about products, services and capabilities of both parties, the Board of Directors of TO SOLUTIONS VIETNAM and HQSOFT decided to sign a strategic partnership agreement. The signing ceremony took place on Thursday March – 11 – 2021 at TO SOLUTIONS VIETNAM office.

TO SOLUTIONS VIET NAM, a member of the Kewpie Group, was established in 2014 with the mission of “Providing high-quality products and services exceed our customer’s expectations”. The strength of TO SOLUTIONS VIETNAM is consulting, implementing of food production management system with FOODPROCS-Lite solution. This Production and Manufacturing System help manufacturing companies reduce the loss and error in work to zero. The original system, which was born to meet the demands from manufacturing sites and used approximately in 90 Kewpie’s domestic factories, is customized to make it easier to operate.

In addition, TO SOLUTIONS VIETNAM also provides other solutions such as QUICK CHECKER, a system to check the health of employees before entering the factory, STOCK M LITE solution is a Warehouse Management System (WMS).

With the similarity in customer segments, business development goals. Especially the product lines of the two sides are not competing, but will be a great and effective addition. These are the key factors for the Board of Directors of the two sides to decide on a strategic cooperation together to develop the market in Vietnam as well as other countries in the region.

The two parties are committed together to bring comprehensive and useful solutions to clients in Vietnam and the Region, especially in the segment of medium and large Food Production Enterprises.

In the meeting, CEO and business managers of the two parties presented and discussed the upcoming business plans and goals so that they can be started immediately after this signing ceremony. The two parties have a high consensus with these proposed plans.
