DMS Training for PHA NAM PHARMA

In November 2020, the cooperation project between Pha Nam Pharmaceutical and HQsoft entered a new stage. During this period, HQsoft conducted training sessions for Pha Nam pharmacy staff on the features and usage of eSales Cloud DMS solution.

This training session lasted from November 18 to November 26 at the Representative office of Pha Nam to deploy and use eSales Cloud DMS solution nationwide. With the participation of managers, pharmaceutical representatives, back office users, warehouse, etc. The organization of training sessions will support Pha Nam pharmaceutical representatives to better understand the using of DMS and to use the most effective DMS solution to become a powerful arm to help Pha Nam Pharmaceutical assert its position in Distribution of Pharmaceutical Industry.

The training session took place in a active and happy atmosphere with the enthusiastic support of HQsoft’s engineers so that each employee has the most practical experience when using DMS software. As well as helping the pharmaceutical representatives answer problems when using the software.
