TEAM BUILDING ACTIVITIES ON THE 12TH BIRTHDAY OF HQSOFT – UPGRADING TO A NEW LEVEL

Team building activities of HQsoft were done in this year to celebrate 12 years of establishment of the Company, a journey that is not too long but not too short to be able to survive and achieve successes as today.

12-year journey is so long that each member of HQsoft feels proud when looking back to the obtained achievements, the overcome difficulties to gain successes today.

HQsoft’s 12^th birthday marked an important milestone in the company’s ongoing development.
Opening the birthday party is statement of Mr.: Nguyen Tan Dien Han – the Company’s Director shared the visions, missions, and values of the company with all people so that they can understand and work towards the common goal of the company. This also strengthened the solid faith of all people in HQsoft’s development guidelines.

On the birthday party in this year, with young and dynamic BTC members, the 12^th birthday program brought strange and colorful breakthroughs in terms of the contents and the organization. Casual art performances were fully artistic. Well prepared teambuilding games encouraged and connected the members of divisions and departments so that they can better understand, unite and support each other at work.

Besides the fun games and attractive art performances, the team building activities in this years also consisted of very valuable sharing of the Heads of Divisions/Departments like Call Center and the Deployment Department about the courses they had been experiencing.

Ending the ceremony, each one had a very personal feeling, but all people reminded themselves to make a determination to try and strive wholeheartedly for the development of the HQsoft Company to bring the company to higher levels.

The ending of the 12^th year is also the beginning of the 13^th year with new challenges to be adjusted to adapt to and maintain the top position as one of

the leading companies providing solutions for IT and business management in Vietnam and Southeast Asia. Furthermore, the team of dynamic, young and enthusiastic staff will help HQsoft more confident to overcome obstacles ahead.
